He's not home today, because he went to Hokkaido for a job,

And tonight my mom and I are cooking dinner togetherドキドキドキドキキラキラ

We took these potatoes and blanched[/parboiled] them,ドキドキ





(It's okay if you nuke them in the microwave, or if you boil them~!!)

put in some bacon,ドキドキ

then took a handful and rolled it up in a gyouza skinドキドキ

Seriously, though, I don't understand why the Japanese feel the need to put corn and mayonnaise on everything...>_<

I *am* gonna have to try that fork technique the next time I make guotie, though

Corn = delicious. I'm gonna nix the bacon and totally make those guys for dinner... sometime soon.

Corn is tasty, yes. But it's not something I want to eat in my gyouza, pizza, curry, ice cream, etc. XD

Omg that looks soo amazing! I think I am going to attempt to make this soon. But I don't have a deep fryer D: ...must add more bacon though mmm oiishi. -.-; Means I can't make friday then bugger.
