Tonight for dinner we had those
Potato Gyouza (pot stickers)
from before
Once again!
If you're wondering,
what do you eat those with?
[note: most likely, in terms of a sauce you would put on or use to dip them in, or some other sort of seasoning]
...Because they are already seasoned with the salt, pepper, and mayonnaise on the inside, they're delicious just as is!
If you find the flavor too weak, it's also OK to add some more salt and pepper~
However you like it~
And,
because Non was selfishly saying today how she wanted to eat some...
Okonomiyaki (a kind of savory pancake) = Teppan'yaki (food cooked on an iron griddle)
[note: she does use an equals sign here, although I'm not really sure what her intended meaning is; it looks like they made okonomiyaki as well as frying up some other stuff on the teppan]
Flip them over, and
They're looking great~~~
Okonomiyaki
got fried up...
Squid
Scallops
Shrimp
all got fried up...
Yakisoba
got fried up
...but I forgot to take a picture of it...
Sorry…
And,
Meat
got fried up a bit too much
It got burnt...
Besides those,
Sausage
got fried up...
Vegetables
got fried up...
It was really fun 'cause I could fry all kinds of things I wanted to eat, y'know
Look, look,
This squid-san...
when he's fried........................
got so small!!
Those two are the same squid, but look at the shrinkage [lit. "size down"] that happens when you fry them............
Surprising!
I made a bunch of other discoveries too,
and had really lively conversations with my family,
and got to eat a *bunch* of food
Teppan'yaki...............
RULES~~~
Well,
To put it a bit better, it's easy to make,
there isn't much to wash afterwards,
and everything about it is just awesome
Finally having teppan'yaki again at the Tsuji home...
I had a really wonderful time~~~
Gochisousama~~~
