Today







we sent Mother's Day gifts to both our moms, and after they arrived







both of them sent thank-you e-mails, complete with photos








First, the one from my mom...

We'd sent her the flowers and the purse~

the one from Mama-san (my mother-in-law) too...







We'd given her flowers and a framed picture of our family


















These both had messages along with them~






Both our moms seemed crazy happy with their gifts







I'm so glad!

Tonight it was just me and Noa-tan for dinner~







And tonight's dinner looked like this~~

Hamburg (Salisbury steak) made from okara (soy pulp, a byproduct of soy milk production)

Salad and nattou takuan (nattou & pickled daikon)

She ate really eagerly at first

...............However,







before very long, she started playing around, which made things difficult for Mommy







Today I haven't been at all able to just relax and eat







I feel like I haven't eaten at all
[note: the subject of these two sentences is not explicit; based on the next sentence, I decided that it was probably Tsuji, but it may actually be Noa instead -- i.e. "Today she hasn't been at all able to settle down and just eat / I feel like she hasn't eaten at all")]







I think I'm going to eat again in a little bit, when I can actually take my time with it
