Everyone,
Thank you for all the replies you sent
[note: see two posts previously]
The dinners you guys had included:
A lot of nabe (a type of meal cooked all in a ceramic pot), a lot of curry, a lot of stewed/simmered dishes...
There were a lot of different ones
Thank you
And,
The correct answer to what the Sugiura family ate for dinner.........
TA-DA!
Chikuzenni~~~
[note: a simmered vegetable and chicken dish, with basically all of the ingredients she said before]
is wuts we ate~~
[note: she writes 'dechita' instead of 'deshita,' I assume to be cuter]
A lot of you got it right
Thank you~~
And...
Hamburgers which were 90% toufu and
Hourensou no gomaae (spinach in sesame dressing)
For which I mixed together:
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Surigoma (crushed sesame seeds)
And then just tossed it with the spinach
It's really easy, so you should give it a try~
And, I took:
Nattou & okra & mekabu (a part of wakame seaweed) & toufu
and mixed them all together really well~~
It was so delicious~
Gochisousama deshita~~
