Tonight's dinner was like this~










First was



White fish meunière (sautéed, with a brown butter sauce and lemon)
[note: Tsuji uses some fish with white meat, but isn't specific about which kind it is]









and



Pot-au-feu (a beef and veggie stew) with lots of vegetables









and, and



Cheese risotto













The cheese risotto was a recipe another mom sent in to me via puchi mail, which I decided to try out~




It was really delicious
