After Noa-tan woke up from her nap, we went out for a bit of a walk...
She's strolling along with her cell phone
A bit ago, we got a call from Daddy,
saying he was in Nagame, so we should come by
So we went down to Nagameguro
[note: Nagameguro (中目黒) is a residential district in Meguro, in Tokyo; I presume that 中目 from the previous line is an abbreviated form (so should be written 'Nagame')]
The sakura along the banks of the Nagameguro river..............................
are amaziiiiing!
People were always telling me, "They're amazing, they're amazing," but...............
I was surprised at how truly beautiful they were〃
I'd caught glimpses of them before, when I was traveling for work, but
this was the first time I walked down this street and really saw them
I was really impressed
Noa-tan was also surprised
She went,
"Oh! Oh!"
and got really excited
And
here's a shot of the three of us, looking at the sakura~
And
here's part 2
We also discovered this place
Motsu curry (curry with small intestine? or giblets?)
It was the first time I'd seen this
I love motsu (intestines/guts/giblets), so this was almost too much to take
And so,
TA-DA!
I bought some
It was crazy...
...delicious!
It was even good cold
Lately I feel like I've managed to go for hanami every day
That makes me so happy!
I feel like this is the first time in my life I've been able to have this kind of hanami experience
Mm, I want to eat some sakura ice cream...

ewww intestines don't sound to appetizing...I wonder how they taste?
As I remember, it tastes good as yakiniku (I think that was probably beef or pork, but I don't really recall)...but I think pretty much anything tastes delicious cooked on those little grills, so... XD
But yeah, I've never had intestines in curry... (ugh, that really doesn't sound at all appetizing, huh...)
When I went with you guys, you had ordered... was it gallbladder? all night long. And then at the end y'all were like, "Gross, what have we been eating??"
Ahhh, meat-eaters. XD
Yeah, I don't recall what it was, but I do remember the trying to figure out which bit of cow that one thing was... ^^;
But yeah, even if it was gross, it was still just so, *so* delicious XD
(I do wish I'd known about the has-vegetarian-and-even-some-vegan-meal-options Mexican restaurant in Namba *before* you came to visit...then maybe you would have eaten at least one actual dinner meal over there -_-;;;...)
The curry doesn't sound too yummy...
But seeing the pics of their family together, even if it's just from the back, made me go "Awww!". ^^ They really are adorable.
that curry sounds so yucky XD
