☆ぉ弁当編〃☆ / ☆Vol. 1: Obentou☆


Today for lunch, my mom brought obentou that she'd made for all of usニコニコラブラブラブラブキラキラ

It's been a long time since I'd last eaten an obentou that my mom madeニコニコドキドキドキドキキラキラ

It looks like she worked really hard on it this morningニコニコラブラブラブラブキラキラ

The nostalgic taste of sweet tamagoyaki (a kind of layered, rectangular omelet)ドキドキ

The spicy kinpira (a kind of sautéed and simmered veggies/toufu/seaweed/etc. dish)ドキドキ

The garlic-flavored karaage (deep-fried chicken, usually)ドキドキ

It was really nostalgicニコニコドキドキドキドキキラキラ

And Noa and my nephew's onigiri (rice balls)...ドキドキ

were Ultraman onigiri~!ニコニコラブラブラブラブラブラブキラキラ

They both ate them really happilyニコニコ!!キラキラ

I've said it countless times before, but I really think that lunch is delicious when you eat it outsideニコニコラブラブラブラブキラキラ

And it had the wonderful nostalgic taste of my mother's cookingニコニコ

Just like mom used to makeニコニコ!?
[note: she uses a different word for "mother/mom" here -- 'ofukuro' -- which has a sort-of nostalgic, "dear mother" kind of connotation to it]


I ended up nice and fullドキドキキラキラ

It was so tastyニコニコアップアップ

I know, right? I kinda wonder whether she made them by hand, or whether it's from some sort of seaweed cutout-making tool...
