[note: apparently, a variety program mainly targeted at 40-ish women (hosted by five different guys), which airs on TBS; as far as the title, my best guess is 'hiru' meaning "noon/afternoon" and 'obi' in the meaning of "broadcast every (week)day at the same time"...so perhaps something like "Weekdays at Noon"]
