Tonight for dinner.........

it was just me and Noa, so I made a really simple...

TA-DA!

Noa-tan seems to really like the daikon and the hanpen (triangle-shaped chunks of a kind of imitation fish product)

And,

it might not go with oden at all, but since I had shuumai (a kind of dumpling) skins left over from yesterday...

I made one more dish

I put

on top of the shuumai skins

and fried them up in the toaster oven

Partway through, I put corn on them too

And when they were finished, they looked like this~

The name's a little strange, but...

The goo~ey cheese on top of the crisp skins

was crazy delicious

They'd probably make a good snack, too

My mother-in-law taught me this recipe a little bit ago

And so right away,

Mama-saaan

I had to try it out~

They came out really delicious~

By the way,

gyouza (pot sticker) skins are OK too~

Because when you make gyouza or shuumai, you always end up with a bunch of skins left over in the end, right~?

This dish is just perfect for times like those, y'know?

Definitely, definitely give it a try

They're really tasty

I highly recommend them!

Ohh
