The cake-making is looking like this









Today I'm using pancakes...









as the foundation



Then,








I spread on some fresh cream,



and loaded...









Strawberries



onto the first layer,



and...









Bananas


onto the second layer



Then I stack them up...............








From the side.........

And then the decorations~

Mikan (a little citrus, similar to a tangerine or mandarin orange)




as toppings




And I wrote a little message




[note: it looks like it's going to be 'Papa, Iwai!' "Congratulations, Daddy!"; also, the marumaru on the P's are little hearts instead of circles XD]



and drew faces on the strawberries








Cake-making is so much fun~




And it turned out really cute




I'll have the finished cake up in a bit
