Everyone,
Good morning!
Noa-san is still sleeping.....................
Oversleeping...
And
Noa-tan's mommy......................................................
ended up..........................................
really doing it this time............................................................
My lower back is just, like, OUCH!...
[note: the word she uses to describe the pain is 'gukitto'; one source has it as a "throbbing," but I can't find anything else to confirm this; it does seem to be used often of situations where a neck/back/shoulder/etc. has been twisted painfully]
I tweaked a nerve or something, and it *mad* hurts...
And it's not like I made any extreme movements or anything...
Now, whenever I move my left leg, sharp pains shoot all down my left side, from my shoulder to my hip~
What *is* this...........................
But for the time being, since I have to work this afternoon...
I wrapped a sarashi around my waist,
[note: a sarashi is a long strip of (generally) thick cotton cloth wrapped tightly around the midriff (apparently, historically worn by samurai to help protect them a little from sword wounds)]
and put on a back brace
Moms are tough!
[note: she uses a historical adjective conjugation ('tsuyoshi' rather than 'tsuyoi' -- "strong"), presumably for emphasis or a slight literary quality]
I can take it!
You guys...for this kind of thing...............
is there anything I can do about it, besides going to the doctor?
Please let me know
I really don't know what to do..........................................

Oh man this happened to me a couple months ago, I literally did nothing and my back started hurting and by day three I could not move. Turned out to be a pinched nerve that the chiropractor had to fix. But the back brace will help her, but she also needs to ice it! Ice it Tsuji-chaaaan!
