Tonight's dinner looked like this~~
TA-DA!
First was
avocado sashimi~~
For this, a little garlic soy sauce,
or, sesame oil with a pinch of salt,
makes it taste just delicious~!
And there was
Moyashi (sprouts) & toufu & pork with ponzu sauce~~
[note: I wonder if this was the recipe she used (the photos are so similar...)]
I recommend eating it with yuzu (a kind of citrus fruit) ponzu~!
By the way,
all you have to do is pile up the sprouts, toufu, and pork (in that order) and steam it
Once it's cooked through, sprinkle on some green onion, and you're done!
It's mad simple and mad healthy, so you should definitely give it a try!!
And we had
Hokke (a kind of mackerel)
With its nice layer of fat, it was exquisitely delicious~~
And you gotta make sure to get your calcium, too, y'know~~
Hokke is my absolute favorite kind of fish~~
We also had
a dish with absolutely no meat whatsoever
[note: that is, (as far as I understand the word) no meat from any land mammal -- poultry and seafood don't count as "meat" (お肉)]
Toufu & shrimp shuumai (a kind of dumpling)
I introduced these a bit ago on Kizuna Shokudou~~
These shuumai have absolutely no meat at all, but they're so satisfying that it totally doesn't seem like it
They're really healthy shuumai~
They're crazy delicious
Noa's daddy gave them rave reviews too~~
And so,
today, or maybe tomorrow,
I'll post the recipe, okay~~
So stay tuned~
And there was
rice & miso soup
also~~
Man~, and I didn't use cooking oil in any of the dishes today, so everything was crazy healthy
We enjoyed a truly delicious meal
Gochisousama deshita~~
Well~, now it's bathtiiiiiime~
Gots to get all nice and clean~
Alrighty then...
Off I goes~~
