Today for lunch we had.................................

TA-DA!

Okonomiyaki and soba

He wanted to eat soba,

and Non wanted okonomiyaki, and so...

I made both~~

First, the soba

TA-DA!

It was futomen (thick noodles)

And it was nice and tough,

so really "chewing!

was necessary

And then next was

TA-DA!

the okonomiyaki~~

This okonomiyaki

had tons of vegetables

and tons of katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)

and tons of sauce & mayonnaise

It was a jumbo okonomiyaki!

Just how big was it..................?

Well, let's compare with the size of Non's hand

TA-DA!

Non's hands are a bit bigger than most girls' are, but.........

this okonomiyaki was even bigger............

Flipping it over was quite the challenge

It had some serious volume

As you might expect, the two of us adults + Noa-tan...

even with all three of us eating as much as we could, we still couldn't finish the whole thing...

We'll save the leftovers for snacking, I guess

And 'cause we also had the soba, y'know

But

lunch was really delicious

Gochisousama deshita~~

Well,

Non is working starting at 7 o'clock, so Grandma is going to be watching Noa-tan for us

So we're heading there on the train right now

Lately I've been tending to sleep past our stop, so I've gotta be careful about that...
