Today we met up with a mom friend of mine who's a dance instructor, and we went to go have lunch







in Shimokitazawa
[note: she writes the preposition "in" in English]






It'd been a while since I'd been to Shimokitazawa





My friend also brought






her son Ryuunosuke-kun, who's the same age as Noa............







He's four months older than she is, but they're the same height













Just what I'd expect of Noa-san...





But kids really like other kids, don't they?





From the moment the two of them met, they were all lovey-dovey




It was crazy cute













They kept making little toasts with their juice cups,




and talking,




and giving each other hugs





It was really comforting to see





And, and,





today we went to a café




where we ordered





this!














Nattou and soft-boiled egg salad





Oborodoufu (extra-soft toufu) and potato salad





and













Oborodoufu hamburg (Salisbury steak)






and












Napolitan (a spaghetti dish with tomato sauce and various veggies and meat) with mizuna (a kind of mustard green)





and, and,





Noa-tan and Ryuu-kun got













Salmon and spinach ojiya (a kind of rice porridge)




for lunch





Both of them had excellent appetites




Noa-tan saw her friend eating a lot, and so she ate a lot too






I'm so glad






At times like this I think how nice it would be for her to have a brother or sister






I was really, really glad






Gochisousama deshita






Well,






since it's such a nice day today and everything,






I think I want to wander around Shimokitazawa for a while







I can't wait~~







But first, right now we're going to go get some dessert
