I got started right away on making lunch

since it's cold outside and everything,
I decided to make hot udon
Right now, I've taken
Shiitake
Green onion
Chicken
and am lightly simmering them until I get a nice broth...
By the way, when the Sugiura family makes hot udon, we use this for seasoning~

This seasoning seems to be a popular flavor in Kansai
But, since he started eating it, Non also ended up getting into it and started buying it a lot
Its light taste is really delicious~
I don't really know what places sell it and what places don't sell it, but I'm pretty sure they'd have it at any decently large supermarket, so...
