Today, Noa-tan and I went to the park





And because it was hot today...






we went and played around in the water!!














At first she was really timid and kinda kept her distance from it,





but once she did get in, she started romping and frolicking around like nobody's business!!














She really did *not* seem to want to leave...so that was tough





What's more, because today was so hot, I put on sunscreen,





but I feel like my skin got really roasted out here anyway...




And when I undressed Noa-tan, she just had the absolute worst...






............farmer's tan...





The two of us are gonna be completely black before summer even starts!
[note: the word she uses for "black" is 'makkuro kurosuke' (can be translated as something like "pitch-black blackie"), is also a name for the Susuwatari ("dust bunnies"/"soot sprites") in Tonari no Totoro and Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi; whether this is intentional or not (or is just a reasonably commonly used term outside of Ghibli movies), I'm not sure]






Because we both have skin that tends not to actually burn, but just to absorb the sun and get dark really fast...






It's dangerous, really dangerous






Since we're girls, we've gotta be careful about that kind of thing, y'know?
[note: or, "since I'm a girl, I've gotta be careful..."]





Well,





since she did a lot of playing today, hopefully she'll do a lot of sleeping too~












And!!





After playing around a lot, we got pretty hungry...so on the way home, once again we stopped by...






TA-DA!













...and got some donut burgers




I really love these!!





Too bad they're only for a limited time...






I'm going to eat a bunch of them now, while I have the chance
