Noa's daddy has come home~

But...


(Noa-san is fast asleep...)



Well,



tonight for dinner I'm making things that Noa's daddy especially likes~
[note: a small typo here, where she writes the possessive particle の twice in a row]





Daddy loves light foods,



boiled foods,



and chewy foods




As far as meats go, he's a chicken man



And it's cheap




And the food for tonight...



is what I'm working on right now




Today I'm using these little guys

Green onions


Shiitake


Carrots


Ground pork

I chop up the vegetables,

and add them to the ground pork, along with


Egg whites


Salt and pepper


Saké



added in too.........

and then I mix it all together!




I mix until it becomes sticky



Then I shape them around these skewers,

They end up looking like this

And today, in the center......

I press in little heart-shaped carrot-san




Noa's is a heart inside a heart




And then all that's left is to fry them





And next,




I'll be using these ingredients~

Maybe you've managed to figure it out already

Today I'll be using these...

I'm gonna try putting in these quail eggs,



and, because we're out of konjac,

I'm gonna put in shirataki (thin, translucent noodles, made from same plant as konjak)




Because chicken was a bit on the pricey side,

I'm gonna try using chicken wings...




It's a bit different than usual, but...

I sautéed the wings,

added in the vegetables,☆

and boiled some things we had in the refrigerator



Nutritionally, it's a perfect 10




You'll have to wait a bit to see it all finished
