Your 'older sister'-in-law will be counting on youニコニコドキドキドキドキキラキラ
[note: I feel like in the first half of the sentence Tsuji is implying that she's not necessarily the most awesome of an 'older sister'-in-law (not compared to how great of a 'younger brother'-in-law Takao is)...like, "I'm sorry you have an 'older sister'-in-law like me, but..."]

HAPPY BIRTHDAY…ドキドキ

I think I'm still having difficultly undrestanding how, if he's older than her, he could possibly be her "younger brother-in-law". I get that he's younger than Taiyou, but... is that really how the wording works in Japan? Just seems massively weird to me.
As an aside, Taiyou's brother looks like a creeper. ^^;;; It's definitely the moustache.

I dunno...that seems to be basically how it works... Except, I would write it "'younger brother'-in-law" rather than "younger brother-in-law," to try to make it clearer what's actually being meant.

But I think it's just like, marrying someone puts you on the same level as them, as far as their siblings are concerned... So your older brother's wife is your "older sister"-in-law, regardless of her actual age, because she comes into the family at the same level that he's at. (I think of it as maybe kinda the same as if like, there was a guy who married a *much* younger woman, and so even if the guy has children who are actually older than his new wife, she would still technically be their stepmother, y'know?)

Hehe, and Taiyou's brother actually kinda reminded me of Will...y'know, except Japanese instead of Mexican...XD

It's just the whole form of respect thing that they do, in many asian cultures we have this sort of thing even if they're younger than you but marry to someone that was your elder ...they also become your elder yeah it's wierd but its also respectful.

i hope that's clear.

and thanks for the translations <3
