The spring dinner is finished~~~
First......
"Sliced shintamanegi ("new" onions) with ponzu (a kind of citrus-based sauce)"
And~
"Ikayaki (grilled squid)"
And
"Shinjaga ("new" potato) and ground meat stew"
And
"Shingobou ("new" burdock root) salad"
And
"Noa-tan's dinner"
was this~~
Spring is really wonderful, isn't it?
The onions were *really* sweet,
and the potatoes were light, flaky, and so delicious
But besides
Shintamanegi
Shinjaga
Shingobou
