She uses burdock root so frequently, which seems weird to me since I don't think I had ever heard of it until I started working at the Co-Op...
I don't think I'd heard of it until I started these translations...XD
But yeah, I dunno, according to Wikipedia, it's rarely used in cooking outside of Japan, Korea, Italy, Brazil, and Portugal, so...*shrugs*
