Just now, after I'd got Noa-tan

set up piggyback style, she dropped off into sleepy-time

And so Mama's going to do Question Time

Q: Do you take naps with Noa?

When Noa's sleeping, I tidy up and do various other chores, so, no, I don't nap

Q: Did you get stretch marks?

I didn't

Q: When you were having morning sickness, what did you eat?

I chewed on ice

Q: Where would you like to go on a family trip?

Hawaii

Q: What is your favorite clothing [lit. Western clothing] brand?

HbG

Q: What color is your hair?

It's orange-pink

Q: Do you kiss

We all three do

Q: Did you have coming-of-age celebration?

Unfortunately not

Q: Non-chan, do you look more like your mother

Without a doubt, more like my father

And my dad, by the way, looks just like Degawa Tetsurou-san

[note: a Japanese comedian]
...which means that Non also looks like Degawa-san

Q: If I see you around town, would it be okay to shake your hand?

Sure, handshakes are totally okay~

Q: Are you going to be doing any television work?

I will be very soon

When I know more, I'll let you guys know, okay~

Q: Where did you get your sunglasses?

They're just 1050 yen sunglasses

Q: Do you eat ice cream every day?

I make sure to always have one, yeah

Q: What do you do before you go to bed?

Umm

Q: Is your sister's face still really tanned?

She's back to her pretty white skin

......but, she's still a 'gyaru'

[note: cf, for example, the Wikipedia entry "Gyaru," and its subtype "ganguro" (the word used in the question)]
Q: Even though you're really Sugiura Nozomi now, is it okay to still call you "Tsuji-chan"?

"Tsuji-chan" is absolutely fine~

Actually, I prefer "Tsuji-chan"

I'm not really used to "Sugiura-chan," y'know.........

Q: How do you have your hair when you sleep?

I dry it, and then just go to sleep with it the way it is

Q: Which is your favorite Morning Musume song?

I really like listening to
"Happy Summer Wedding

...and it's fun to dance to
"Shabondama

"The☆Peace

~

But all the songs have so many memories for me that I love them all~~

Q: Does Noa-chan cry at night?

Sometimes she does

But there are also nights when she doesn't

Now she tends to wake up about once a night

Q: Where are your (pointy little) double teeth?

They're still there

I got the sharp points shaved down, so they're not as noticeable now

Q: What do you like from Starbucks?

I love white chocolate mochas

I like their blueberry scones too

Q: How do you eat your yudoufu (boiled toufu)?

With ponzu (a kind of citrus-based sauce), and momiji ororshi (grated daikon+red chili peppers) and chanja (a Korean appetizer: spicy marinated cod fish stomach, I guess?)

Q: What's your favorite ice cream?

[note: somewhat similar to, say, an ice cream sandwich, but the wafer outside completely envelopes the ice cream, and is quite similar texture/consistency to your basic ice cream cone (not the hard waffle cones but the flat-bottomed flaky ones) see, for example, here or here]
Q: What's your secret for a harmonious marriage?

Being thoughtful and considerate, and cherishing the time we have alone together, after Noa goes to sleep

Q: What sweets/snacks do you like?

Jagariko (a light, crunchy snack food that comes in various flavors), cheese curls, caramel corn

Uhh...it's kind-of an endless list

Q: If/when you have your next child, would you want a boy or a girl?

When I think about Noa, I think probably a girl~

But Daddy [that is, Taiyou] has said that he'd like to have a son

Non thinks......if the next child was a girl, and the third one was a boy, that would be good, maybe

Q: What would you do if Noa-chan told you she wanted to get into show business?

I'd tell her she couldn't until after she graduated high school

I got into it at 12 years old, and the work made it so I wasn't able to have a normal school life like everyone else...
Which is why I want to make sure Noa is really able to experience the same kind of school life that other kids have

Q: How did you and your husband start going out?

Non fell in love with him at first sight, and just went after him

[note: she uses the word 'atakku,' lit. "attack"]
Q: Tell us about your first love...

It was when I was in fourth grade

Thanks for all your questions

There are still a lot of them I wasn't able to answer,

but I'm afraid that's all for Question Time for now~

But I'll do it again, okay~
