Today my husband and I decided...

"

Yaa

First, here are the ingredients we used

Two eggs

I add a little bit of milk to the eggs, and lightly season with salt and pepper~~

And~~

sautéed carrot-san

boiled potato-san

sautéed onion-san

sautéed ground meat-kun

plain

First, I put in the carrots,

then the onions~~

and, and then, the ground meat~~

and the potatoes~~

and finally, a big helping of corn, which I just looooove~

Looks good

[note: another plausible interpretation here that the single small hiragana 'i' at the beginning of this line is simply a continuation of the last word of the previous line -- 'tappuri' ("a lot of"/etc.) -- since she also stuck several extra small hiragana 'i's onto the end of that]
And then I mix it all together...

heat some butter in the frying pan,

and it's time to fry~~

This is the part where I *always* get

Will it turn out okay~?

Will it taste good~?

And then, the finished product............

TA

It turned out beautiful and *adorable*~~

Oh!...

But I made it for Taa

[note: "Taa-kun" is Tsuji's nickname for Taiyou]
ALL

Well

So what ended up happening was that we each ate the omelet that we had made ourselves

They're so *yummie* with lots of corn~

[note: for extra cuteness, she writes 'oichii' instead of 'oishii' ("tasty"/"delicious")]
Next time I think I'll try putting cheese in too~

It was such a fun lunch today~~

......Gochisou~~

Next time I've gotta do it right, and make one for Taa

[note: you can also check out the omelet making from Taiyou's perspective, and see the one he made, here]
