I discovered this adorable kamaboko (steamed fish paste)~
I thought I'd take a picture, but Noa-san stole it...

I love cute things like these
It's so much fun to go shopping and discover all these different things
I really want it to hurry up and be spring so I can go do hanami (sakura viewing)~~~

She uses burdock root so frequently, which seems weird to me since I don't think I had ever heard of it until I started working at the Co-Op...
I don't think I'd heard of it until I started these translations...XD
But yeah, I dunno, according to Wikipedia, it's rarely used in cooking outside of Japan, Korea, Italy, Brazil, and Portugal, so...*shrugs*
