As a side dish tonight, we had...
nikujaga (meat and vegetable stew)~~~
It turned out great -- soft but not at all mushy
[note: the word she uses, 'hokkuhoku' (alternate form of 'hokuhoku'), can describe either a happy, satisfied feeling, or when something boiled, etc. has a nice, soft texture (I think the latter is more likely here, but the former might also be a possibility)]
And the special dish I made with the nattou waaaaaaas~??
TADA!

I'm seriously obsessed with nattou
You guuuuuys~
If any of you know a lot of nattou recipes, can you please, please teach them to me?
I'll be waiting to hear from you~~
And besides these, we also had sanma (Pacific saury, aka mackerel pike) and rice and miso soup~~
And

TADA!
once again, I put everything on one plate for her~~
She ate it all up, and then started in on Mommy and Daddy's food
She really ate a lot
But that's a good thing, y'know?
As her mom, that makes me sooooooo happy!
I wuv you, Noa-tan!!
[note: she writes 'shuki' instead of 'suki' here]
That is all
This has been tonight's dinner~~
