Shironiku udon
[note: the 'niku' seems to be pork, while the 'shiro' refers to the white miso of the broth]







The taste was like the flavor of ramen broth made with pork bone







It had a like, 'Is it light and refreshing? Is it rich and heavy?'






kind of feeling to it, and was really delicious~~
